We use World Lead as a mentoring tool at our various projects. It helps them develop into strong well rounded Christian leaders.

This is a 4 year coaching and mentoring curriculum catering to leaders that have been in ministry for over 15 years and are over the age of 30 years old. Our core leadership team attend these annual trainings to be further equipped. Seasoned leaders meet from all over the African continent and it is a real special

opportunity to collaborate with very seasoned leaders of large non-profits and build relationships that are sustained throughout the year for the purposes of intentional mentorship. Our core team then in turn identifies leaders we work with they that can teach the curriculum, and thus the ripple effect of the program.
